Iphone

I am Bethania and I am from Brazil. I am studying in Florida and I bought one Iphone over the internet. The money transfer was through western union. I said to him to send to me some warranty and he said that I could pay the half of the iphone and then he would skipped to me and then I would pay the other half. Well, I agree so I payed $150 and then he said that I would have to pay the other half because the skip was to expensive like $66, I was very upset and I said to him that it was not right and that I would go to the court if he didn't send to me the money, he said that he didn't care about the court and or I would pay the other half or I was gonna loose my $150, because he was not going to refund it. I said to him that I was going to pay the other half of the money. I paid the total amount of $300. Now, he doesn't answer me back and of course, he didn't send me the package. I want my money back. Can someone help me? Thanks.

He answered me today, saying that I would have to pay more $120 dollars to have it. Can you believe?
