Default car manufacture laws

we bought a 2007 kia about 7 months ago with a manufacture warranty. it broke down a month ago and the manufacture warranty covers the repair costs because it was a manufacture problem but they ae not covering car rental is there a law that they have to fix it in a decent amount of time because after a month of them having it the company they are working with broke something else on it and now they cant even give me a time of when it will be done. is there anything we can do?

Default Re: car manufacture laws

If it becomes an unreasonable length of time you can demand a rental and if they will not provide it, then sue in small claims.
