Hi. Thank you for taking a moment to help me.
Question: One of our vendors has asked that his products be returned directly to him NOT the store for replacement or refund. I understand in several countries (I believe UK is one) it is a requirement that the store accept the returns. Unfortunately the vendor will not accept/refund any returns from the store, only the customer directly. As an international wholesaler, we cannot accept returns from the dealers as we will not get reimbersed from the vendor as well. Is there any potential legal liablity (other than from a customer service perspective) for us, as the wholesaler, enforcing this vendor's policy? Thanks! |

Do your stores you deal with agree? What do they say?
I think they all accept the refund for the first short period?? |
