Online False Advertisement by NETDETECTIVE.COM

I am wondering which NetDetective is a fraud and which is not. There are two of these NetDetectives out there 1) NetDetective.com and 2) NetDetective.net, which is which?

I also was ripped off by this bogus website.
They took my money immediately out of my account when I signed up, but when I called back to cancel bacause the service they advertised was not available, I was told they would send me a form to cancel and request that the "bank" refund my money.

This was today, and if my money is not back into my account by 5:00 p.m. tomorrow, I will file with the State Attorney General's office in both states, as well as wtih the BBB and FBI.

I believe they think people are too busy to fight back against this type of stuff, but believe me....I am not!

Stay away from both!

That is ridiculous. I have been a member of net detective for 3 years now. I am a property manager and use the software to verify potential tenants. I have been able to to find out a Ton of background information that probably saved me a lot of headaches by not renting to these applicants. I find evictions, fake names, fake social security numbers, and other crazy things on applications. Plus, I paid them $29 three years ago and my membership is Still Good. That is so much cheaper than any tenant screeners I have used in the past. And NO, you can't get eviction and SSN records in the whitepages. If you buy a service, use it for what it is intended for.
