Freight/Shipping Law
Hi, My shipper was suppose to ship something for me on the 25th July priority and he hasn't. He Keeps saying he'll soon do it but he hasn't. Meanwhile I can't be paid on time for the product he has. I can't wait any longer and will have to order the product from someone else. What recourse do I have?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney but amounts are limited...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior.
