creditors are calling my neighbors
The **** creditors are calling my neighbors almost every hour. Is that legal?

If your are on good terms with neighbor... Nb can treat it like a solictor and demand to be put on a DO NOT CALL, remove my number. There is a $11K fine which Nb will get a portion.
