I recently was contacted by a dealership that said i was approved for credit on a vehicle. I went down and picked out the vehicle i wanted and signed a contract with a payment schedule. After 6 days they called and wanted the vehicle back because they said it could'nt be financed after they assured me i had financing. I also put one thousand down on the vehicle and had to stop payment on the check because they would not give it back to me. What, if any, legal recourse do i have
