Unhappy PC Issues.

I had purchased a Desktop PC from CyberPower PC and at the time I was told that the three year on site warranty I purchased covered all components of the PC. They cancelled there On Site warranty service which was the only reason I purchased the PC from them and I even confirmed with their sales team prior to purchasing what was covered. Soon after I had an issue with my PC and was told they do not have the on site warranty any longer. I want them to refund my money since now I am having more issues which they state are not covered when I was told they were back then. I also had the liquid cooling system they installed spring a leak and they only replaced some parts of the PC after liquid poured into it and have refused to refund my costs. Do I stand a chance in legal action and would something like this cost me a lot of money to pursue?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.

You can file case against them and get compensation from the dealer. You will have to show your warranty card to the court and the court will surely do justice with you.Fraud people have that way as the only way out to teach them a lesson.
