letter mailed from us bankruptcy court for kansas
reads as follows; chapter 13
FINAL DECREE case no ******
The court finds:
1. the above case has been dismissed after confirmation.
2. the motion of -------------, trustee of the above named debtors, discharging him as trustee and closing the estate has been properly noticed with opportunity for objection to all persons entitled therto, and no objections were filed.
3. the final report of the trustee is approved, the trustee is discharged in this case. he and the surety on his bond are released from all libility upon such bond on account of the above-captioned case.

query--does this mean the conditions of her bankruptcy have been met and

Call the clerk of the court but it sounds as if it is approved and finished yes.
