I never file for Bankruptcy - credit report
I was hoping someone could help me. i try to get a loan and the bank say the i have a bankruptcy on my credit report and i never file for bankruptcy. what can i do to take care this problem.

Get the court records and other details and see what happened--it could very well be a simple error or somebody may have used your identity.
