Tax Refund Exemption Help
I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in December with out an attorney. I used software to do all of my paperwork. At my meeting of creditors, I was told that I needed to revise my exemptions so they won't take my tax refund. Now, I need to revise my Schedule C-Property Claimed as exempt to exempt my 2007 Tax Refund. I do not know what code or law to use for that exemption. The refund will be around $3900. Please Help!

Hard to do that in this kind of Forum without information.
You should perhaps meet with counsel and discuss even if you have to pay a minor fee. |
