Confused Help me please.

I'm a Malaysian.
I've been sufferings in silence and it's been bothering me too
much into depressions for the past nine years not knowing
what to do/how or is there any way out for me?

I've bought a house join name with my husband in year 1999.
I've took the Employee Profident Fund to pay for the house and
he did the same but he didn't make any payment to the bank or developer.
He misused the money and went missing.Separated from him in year
2000 but unable to serve him the divorce
letter for not knowing the address. The bank keep
sending me the payment letter but I was jobless with two c'rens
and got nothing to pay them.
After all the pain and struggle in 2005 I manage to start up with
a business with the help of my family. And 4 years into business i'm
getting so worried and scared knowing I will be call bankrupt
for the unsettle house payment when i make a car loan and
been rejected. After all being a single parent
and working hard to have a decent living is not that easy. Will
I and my cren's be facing the hard time for the mistake done by him?
I just came to know my ex where about and filed for
the divorce. He didn't support the boys age 16 & 11 all this years too.
How can I go about this, is there any way out for me being his
victim for breach of promise?
