Tax lien: I have a tax lein on my home can I refinance it?
I have a tax lein on my home can I refinance it? If I can not refinance because of the lien, then is chapter 7 the best way to go? Can I still keep my house if I file a chapter 7?
What can I do? |

Ch 7 will not remove it.
A lender might let you refinance if a a high level of equity exists. But normally they will not be keen to deal with that. |
