Im late on mortgage and in chapter 13
I just filed a chapter 13 to stop forclosure in August. I am now 4,000.00 behind on mortgage payments, 2 months. I received a dismissal notice from the banks lawyers, is there anything I can do to stop from loosing my home?

Bankruptcy only delays it but does not stop it.
