I wish to inform you that authorities can put you behind bars. In this regard n Dubai credit card default is regarded as a crime and a person can be imprisoned. Further generally when loan or credit card is given at that time a check is taken by banking authorities. When a person defaults at that time banks put the check into the bank and there is check default. A check default s a criminal offence for which imprisonment can be done. Thus you may go to Dubai after settlement of your debt.

I found bankruptcylive.com through a Google search and was quite impressed of services for consumers at reduced prices, further amazingly within same amount of turnover time. I did receive my bankruptcy public records within 35 minutes of placing my order. I wish great success to team and highly recommend this site goo.gl/HbTpq and service.

I would like to inform that the debt collection business has gone global and is now totally borderless. Gulf banks are “more likely to want to negotiate when you are out of the country as they cannot hold the jail card over you. If the agency can locate you and the assets are registered to them, then they can reclaim. Just because a debtor moves country does not remove the responsibility for the debt. They will notify you by letter. If you ignore the demand letter from debt collectors, K they will charge you for the court order, for the cost of visiting the debtor’s house and like. Even if it is years after the event, banks are now selling on debts to foreign collection agencies, and that old debts are often easier to chase. “It is better if it is a few years old as you are probably settled down.

It will be wise for you to settle your debt before going back to Dubai because bank debt and credit card debt comes under a criminal offense according to the Dubai law and you will be held in custody if they come to know about your arrival in Dubai.

As per our understanding:
1- We would like to suggest to contact your bank in dubai and check if they already file a case against you through any legal firm or bank's legal department. If case has been registered against you in police then there are certain chances to held you on the airport. 2- If they held you on the airport they will take you to the relevant police station where your case was registered and police authorities will retain your original passport and they will inform to your bank to come and settle your debits or you may call someone your friend or relative to come to police station with their original passport as a gurantee police will keep your and your guranteer's passports and release you just to settle things with your bank. once you settle everything with your bank the bank will issue a clearance certificate you will collect this from bank and come to police station, they will check and verify certificate and handover your passport as per uae penal code then you will be free to live and work legally in UAE. 3- In case - bank has not registered case against you in police then you will be free to go anywhere but we recomend you first of all clear your debits and settle things with your bank in order to avoid any issues. |
