My ex-fiance and I have two vehicle loans together. One vehicle is in my ex's name and I am the co-signer and the other is in my name with the ex as a cosigner. My ex filed Chapter 7. Does this automatically void my ex's claims on the vehicles and I can just keep paying on these loans as they are and my ex's name will be taken off when the vehicles are paid in full? Or, do I need to get brand new loans in just my name? I know my credit is not good enough to get another loan for the more expensive vehicle.

You should probably consult with the lender first to make sure you are all in agreement, but normally they will let you continue to pay if the payments you are making continue in a timely way--don't miss any payments going forward though.
