Default How long does it take to Discharge a Bankruptcy

Being that Kentucky is a Commonwealth, it does not have to follow some of the same laws as other states. How long from the time the Bankruptcy is accepted, if that's even the right term, before the person can try to apply for a mortgage or something?

The whole event will usually be finished within six months, but it does vary. Your trustee can give you an even more precise estimate.
