HOA and Chapter 7 (discharged debts, unsecure creditors, BK hearing)

I just got my debts discharged in a BK hearing yesterday 4/12//11 and was under protection until 4/12/11. My HOA president showed up and gave me a bill dated 4/1/11 for the HOA for the entire monthly amount. My question, does that bill fall under the pre bk or post bk and if it falls under pre bk is it discharged too. I listed the HOA as unsecure creditors. I am aware that I will be made to pay the hoa's until the condo is out of my name but starting in May.

I wish to inform you that under 11 USC 523(a)16 fees of HOA may not be discharged in bankruptcy. In this regard your fees of HOA cannot be discharged in bankruptcy because exception to discharge has been provided under 11 USC 523(a)16.

Hey, I know little about bankruptcy. I think for this problem you should contact the best lawyer who is near by you.
