Default Statement of Intention

In my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petititon, I included a Statement of Intention that listed my lease on my residential property as well as my car loan. Since my 341 meeting, and while working on my Reaffirmation agreement, I have noticed that my Statement of Intention should not have included a lease on \'real property,\' rather the form was looking for \'personal property\' leases. Do I need to file an Amendment ?
