attempting to hide assets lawsuit
I am being sued by our bankruptcy trustee for \"attempting to hide assets\" and \"not being truthful\" in our petition filing, what can i do?

Get a lawyer but also prepare a well reasoned statement about the transfers you made and why, and show that you never had any intent to hide any assets etc.
Some trustees area a bit over-aggressive on this kind of charge. |

The trustee did the same in our bankruptcy for some minor transfers we made without knowing the law.
Fight it--it is worth it! |
