Default I'm a debtor being sued by our bankruptcy trustee
My husband and I are being sued by our bankruptcy trustee for "attempting to hide assets" . In fact this is not true, we were very ignorant of the proceedings and transferred our money from our accounts to our online accounts so we'd have better access in using the money for our everyday use and to make matters worse we had a very incompetent attorney who failed to enlighten us about our rights and do's and don’t’s prior to our BK filing. Now we are sued for $40K that we no longer have and have no idea what to do.

Can someone please advice?
