Default Post Discharge problems

On June 12, I discharged a personal Chapter 7. One the same day, one of the creditors - the only one who attended the hearing and who is an attorney, filed suit against my company, which is where the original debit was incurred, and is suing my company for his efforts in attending the 341 hearing in my PERSONAL bankruptcy. Can he do that??

Also, if he wins a judgment, can he come after me personally as post-petition debit?

Default Re: Post Discharge problems

Normally he cannot do that if you discharged the obligations correctly. Inform the trustee what he has done.
