can we get that money back?
My husband and I were going to file Chapt. 13 bankruptcy, we paid our filing fees and an additional $750 for the attorney, but thats all, we never filled out any paperwork or did any of the required counceling. We have decided not to file, can we get that money back? We paid in cash and have the receipts.
