can I get my money back?
My husband and I were going to file chapt. 13. We paid filing fees plus an additional $750. We havent done any of the required counceling or paperwork. We have decided not to file, can we get our money back? The only thing that the law office has done is got our credit reports, other than that, they havent done anything with our case.

The attorney should refund you but can deduct his hourly rate for work that was done thus far.
