Can I enter any GCC country?

came to my home country on vacation, and could not able to go back to uae. thus my visa could not able to get cancell. more over i took loan from the bank, i have 1 credit card. i could not able to repay the loan and the C.C payment. My company put my name in news paper that i was absconding, and i did a fraud in the company. i was very much afraid and could not able to contact my employer.
please let me know if i go to other GCC countries other that UAE. will i be able to get into the country or iam restricted. i could not able to go to any GCC. please clarify me, if i get a visa to other gcc country. once i landed at the airport, the immigration will upheld me and send back to UAE or back to the country which i boarded the flight. please advice me on this case.
