bankruptcy and auto loan
If I file a chapter 7 bankruptcy can I exclude my auto loan and continue to pay my payment.
Can they jack up my payment for filing bankruptcy. thanks |

You can reaffirm your loan in the bankruptcy and continue paying, yes.
Some loan agreements do allow for a higher payment if you declare bankruptcy but most will let you continue as is if you are going to keep paying in a timely way. |
