complex bankruptcy involving fraud and internationally located assets
1) made contract with debtor - contract signed in US. Regarding corporation andassets in Panama
2) debtor made illegal changes, in Panama, to co-owned corporation 3) debtor claims bankruptcy in US putting half of corp in bankruptcy 4) I reside in Panama 5) I contract lawyer in US , ask to have our corp taken out of bankruptcy 6) lawyer says I have to sue 7) lawyer sues 8) lawyer quits 9) debtor counter sues - I have no representation and do not know about lawsuit 10) trustee takes over and we agree to drop both lawsuits 11) I sue in Panama to attach assets 12) trustee sues me I3) I have very little resources to fight this what are my options THANKS |

You might try contacting world law on their home page--ask a lawyer.
They can sometimes help advise you on how to handle, and what to file in a court proceeding where you don't have counsel for some reason--like here. They may even help prepare the actual papers for you. |
