I have filed bankruptcy against a timeshare that I am a co owner on. What happens with the timeshare now. It is my boyfriends and he will continue to pay on it. Do we have to have my name removed from the deed or will that be done one the bankruptcy is discharged? OR really what does filing bankruptcy against my portion on the timeshare do all in all?
