Confused immigration law

My uncle was a Malaysian but he has migrated to UK some time ago before he was declared a bankrupt in Malaysia. Now he is a UK citizen and if he wants to return to Malaysia for a holiday using his UK Passport, can he do so and will Malaysian immigration dept confiscate his passport? Is he allowed to enter and exit Malaysia freely? Thank you

Default Re: immigration law

He should be allowed if he legally concluded the bankruptcy.

He can confirm with the embassy before he goes.
