What Constutes Family in Means Test
I live with someone we are NOT family. We both own a house in joint ownership. I am the only one who will file Chapter 7 My friend does not give me any money we just own our home together. He does not and will NOT answer any questions or allow his money or belongings to be used in MY means test. He will not speak to anyone. We do not want to lose our home. Our only sources of any income are boyh of our social security checks.I wantto use Ohio exemption for my half share of the house.
