I live with someone and we jointly own a house. We are noT FAMILY OR A HOUSEHOLD Can I have only my social social security check used in the test? He does not give me any money andthe o0nly thing we share isthe house. He does NOT want his social security check used as income for the two of us. How wil this work in court?
