Hello, and thank you for your time! I have a few questions.
#1 - Is there a specific level of debt one must be in to qualify for Chapter 7, if yes, what would it be? #2 - When someone is low or no income, can fees be waived or lowered - what is the process, if so? #3 - Where does one begin? #4 - Can civil judgements be included in Ch. 7 bankruptcy? In example, former landlord's lawsuit for broken lease and for carpet damage (carpet damage in which was already there at time of moving in, but that's aside from the point!). Could this be listed, or is it somehow protected? Thanks in advance! |
