Family or not? Means test

I live with someone, a friend, not married. We are not a family, we are not a household. We live separate lives. I only want to file for chapter 7 on the house we hold in joint ownership with survivor rights.
Can I file as a single person with NO family? I want to claim Ohios $20,200 exemption on the one half of the house.
We paid $30,000 down in October and the full sales price is $68,000
These are old credit card bills from 1994 and 1996 totaling about $40,000 that my ex husband racked up in my name only.
I do not want to lose the house. I am 65 years old and no income other than my social security check. My friend only gets a small social security check too. also all the furniture, tc is his. I own nothing but my halfshare of the house.
