Will the chapter 7 affect my 2008 tax filing or will it affect it next year?

I live in California and filed for chapter 7 in November of 2008 but discharge will not be valid until march 2009. Will the chapter 7 affect my 2008 tax filing or will it affect it next year when i file 2009 taxes? Basically I am wondering if I will get some kind of form from the government in the mail for 2008 or will it be next years taxes??? Thank you for the advice

It's business as usual. It won't affect your individual returns.
