If I incurred debt 5 years prior to marriage, can I file bankruptcy without my spouse? We have no joint assets or bills together. I know when you file and have assests you must sell during the process. WE have nothing together. Can I file without it affecting him?

You can yes but often you will have some joint ownership that you had not thought about.
Have counsel review with you and discuss firstly. |
