Confused HELP

I gave $15,000 to my daughter for her wedding 9 months before filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have receipts where she paid for everything with that money. Can a trustee go after her (garnish her wages, whatever) to get that money? (which is gone) or will they look to me for that money in some sort of pay back set up? Can I file a motion to dismiss my bankruptcy after the filing date? Thank you for any help!

Default Re: HELP

Technically they could yes, but given the circumstances the trustee may not do so. If it appears you were spending in anticipation of bankruptcy, that may work against you.
