Default Debt settlement after voluntary dismissal

I am 24 months into a ch 13 and am finding the weekly payments of 465 and 80% payback unbearable. I am researching to see if voluntarily dismissing the 13 and trying to settle remaining balances on my own would be feasible. Has anyone had any experience with my scenario. My biggest fear is that I would be called incessantly at work by collectors and that would not be good. Thanks for any help in advance.

You can do that.

Email world law; they may be able to set you up with legal counsel that can also field the calls and deal with the creditors. And the creditors have to call the lawyer not you.

I didn`t know it was possible to use a lawyer to field phone calls Fro collectors I assume that would be expensive. Can anyone else chime in with personal or first hand experience?

i mean i understand your fear and frustration, i went through the same thing. I was deeply stressed, deeply depressed and deeply in debt. Funny thing not only i was in debt but most people i know are in debt as well. Fortunately, a cousin of mine told me about this company: www.bestdebtreliefcompany.org and thank god it worked for me. YOU should look them up online and see what they can do for you. I just know that getting out of debt was like getting out of a dark cage. I felt free and peaceful again and i would not give that up for nothing else in the world.
