In Canada, is a former spouse to be notified?
My husband claimed bankrupcy 4 years ago when we were separated. I found out about this 6 months after he filed (because I was not allowed contact with him for a year. Long story!) Was his trustee not suppose to notify me of his bankrupcy? I live in Ontario, Canada
