Cool Chapter 7 auto ?

I would like to know if the late and overdue payments on an auto loan can be dismissed in a chapter 7 BK. I have been paying on this 6 year loan for almost 7 years now, I am sure that I just paying for late fees that have been adding up. Can these late fees be dismissed in the BK.

If they are excessive and unreasonable you may be able to get them discharged yes,

Make sure you review your details with bankruptcy counsel before acting, and have all info on your finances well developed.
