Default leins on a house your trying to sell

IN 2005 WE FILED BANKRUPTCY OUR MORTGAGE CO NEVER REAFFIRMED WITH US. WE OWE BACK TAXES AND HAVE LEINS ON THE HOUSE, WE ARE CURRENTLY ON A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THE TAXES. WE ARE TRYING TO SELL THE HOUSE AND NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN A CASE LIKE OURS. IF WE SELL WILL THE LEINS BE PAID FIRST OUT OF THAT MONEY AND THEN THE MORTGAGE CO? WILL WE RECEIVE ANY MONEY AT ALL THANK YOU AMY FROM INDIANA
