Confused Bankruptcy/Garnishment Questions

In 2005 I filed for Bankruptcy Chapter 7 which was discharged. I was then notified by the courts in Florida, in 2007, that a creditor had applied for garnishment, I was unable to attend the court hearing so they were awarded judgement. So they started the garnishment procedure. During this procedure they were unable to serve my employer the papers, so the creditor then voluntarily dismissed the garnishment, in Jan. 08 and now are reopening it in May 08. How can they dismiss it voluntarily then reopen it? They are attempting to go through with the procedure. What can I do legally?

During the 2005 Bankruptcy, the creditor was supposed to be listed in the Bankruptcy but my preparer did not put it in the paperwork, I don't think I can amend it, being 3 years later. (The original creditor sold the debt to this new creditor, who started the garnishment papers.)

I would love to take it back to court to resolve the issue, but the creditor is no help.
