Confused Holme Owners Associations

How can one Board member stop a majority of The Board of Directors from going ahead with clear violations of the CC&Rs-especially after being advised by your firm and an independent lawyer that it is not permisable?

He normally cannot do that.

And you may vote to replce him or even sanction him.
