condo owner , renting neighbors
We own , we have complained in writing at least 3 times over past 5 months about excessive noise from our neighbors .Still nothing has happened . they continue to make noise . To the point at times deliberate to anggravate us . Other than breaking his nose , what can we do . Because the landlord for nextdoor apparantly doesnt know what to so either .

Ask the police to come and measure the noise for violation of city codes--or have an expert do so for you.
