I wish to inform you that condo fees is paid as per agreement of condo management or as provided under by laws. A change can be made if condo association makes a change in their agreement or bylaws where basis of charges is contained. Further bylaws will contain modification procedure which will have to be followed.

You knew when you bought it what your fees would be. There's no way for you to change it-that'd be like asking how to change your rent in an apartment. Sorry.
