Condo Repair
I own a condo and pay monthly condo fees. My roof in both bedrooms is leaking which caused large water stains on the ceilings. I sent several emails to the management company for my condo to ask about repair of the roof. they said they would bring it up at the next board meeting which was already held last week. To date I have not heard anything. Do I have a right to hold up my condo fees until the roof is repaired?

No--but you may sue in small claim for damages since they failed to act.
