Does association have right to kick me???PLEASE HELP !!!
does association have right to kick me out even though i pay HOA fee ($345) and plus some extra total ($500) because i find out the landlord hasn't been paying HOA before i got there and now that assciaton said if i dont pay them more then the $500 a month they will tow my car and evict me is this LEGAL?????

No--not the way you say it here...if that all is true then take them to
small claims or other court over those fees. |
