I live in in a mobile home trailer park in CT. A tree fell towards my trailer, hit my trailer and landed on my central air conditioner unit. The tree was rotted and fell on its own. The park manager knew of this tree and had plans to take it down. My question is, is the park responsible for the damages to my trailer?
