New York State, Manhattan.
My daughter accepted an offer for her brownstone from buyer #2, as buyer #1 did not want to accept the asking price. Buyer #1 is actively harrassing buyer #2 to pull out her offer and is also harrassing my daughter about it. Is there any legal recourse to stopping buyer #1 from interfering with this transaction? |

You can threaten to seek a restraining order for harassment. And file a police report for harassment.
In the extreme they could be sued for (tortious) interference with a business contract |
