CANADA
question about limitation on keys, my condo in Canada uses fob for common area entry and i have tried to request a thrid set of keys, but was turned down because they say there is a limit per unit and only keys are given to residences. my mother purchased the condo for my brother and myself, my mother keeps a set in case of emergency and when she comes to visit as we do not live in the same provience, therefore my brother and i hvae to share one set of keys which ahs been very dificult, we are willing to pay, is there someway around this ? also i need help with plubming my faucets are leaky and the condo said that they would charge to turn the risers off and it would be a hassle, so i am to wait until they do repairs in the building which is late in June, i need to use the bathroom taps if i need water now, is this true that i must be out of water until then becuase they do not have a shut off for my unit ??? |
