Will a property management company take over an association that has been self managed but has no one interested in being on the board? I cannot solely run our association anymore, I have no help things are very much out of order, legally what can i do?

In what state and city are you located? Inform people of the community that you intend to hire a manager. Many people do not like managers in HOA because they turn the property into a Nazi run hell. It might just get some more interest in running the property internally.
